Turning Point
Wednesday, July 28, 2010 Reading Sean's blog inspired me to write more flowy, flowery type of gay essays here. haha I mean there's nothing wrong about doing that. Its just that its feel very nostalgic to pen down every part of your life in a diary, in this case a cyber-diary. He's got a girl to get all emo bout and could continue to write thousands and thousands of post on his blog, which seems fun though (I am not a sadist please) But not me. what's there to emo about? Being single for the 17 years that i had lived? Yeah right... You know whats satisfaction? Beating Zafran at Physics that is. Not that I'm flamboyant or gloating about it, but you really can feel the joy that envelops you when you have beaten someone. haha People like Imran and Nawas always think that I'm abit too competitive at stuff, well maybe i think so too. But seriously, you guys should have seen his face when he heard what i got. Once in a lifetime expression. Recently, I felt abit down for A's. Kept thinking that I do not have what it takes to take on the bloody examination that'll determine your fate for the rest of your life. I mean come on, that's a bit too hard coming down on Singaporeans youths right? Many people can't handle the stress. Seriously, I thought I had lost hope. It ain't easy getting it in the first place when you had been failing all your tests the whole of your JC life. But luckily, I'm blessed with my goody friends and teachers who'll always support me, unlike that eff-ing '*'. Anyways, I'll try my best to prove others wrong. Same as the O's. hahas To match my cousins and get a free trip to Old Trafford! Sounds nice. I feel like splashing my thoughts right now on currents events since i had not written for so long. Yeah i should do that. WILLrun is coming. I've been anticipating it actually. Last year's run was so fun with all the hyped-up atmosphere and all, running with Ezra and cheering the girls on. Every kilometer you run, $1 will be donated. Now that's what i call fund-raising. Doing something meaningful while getting the bucks, not just by plain asking. Right after will be our class buffet. After 7 months of being together, i can hardly see us separate. We must have more outings! Even if its after JC. I love my class!(while ignoring the fact they bully me every second in class:)) Class buffet at some Japanese restaurant, hopefully its halal cause i wouldn't want to be 'sinful' right before fasting month right. After all, we need to remain HOLY. Last Saturday, i actually got to go to town and finally, i went to see the Marina Bay Sands. It is beautiful. No wonder it costs around $60billion and our land is slowly being occupied by foreigners. We are truly attractive. Even without the decorations, the design structure was absolutely stunning. I swear I have to go there with my friends one day to shop, eat and take lots and lots of pictures when its ready. 7th August! The 'last' day of enjoyment right before fasting month and A's. It'll be my last day out to town, probably with Haizer, Nurul and maybe some extra people. Planning to watch Avatar: The Last Airbender. The ACTUAL Avatar, not some blue creature roaming about in a non-existent planet. Directed by M.Night Shyamalan, not expecting much though. Hopefully Aang will not be as serious as he is in the trailer cause that would conflict with his personality. And we plan to go karaoke after that, my favorite. HAHA they shall all suffer my melodious horror. I believe singing is more about passion rather than sounding good. If you're happy, you sing. If you're sad you'd sing emo songs to to reflect your feelings in its lyrics. Maybe if you're angry you'll shout but singing is just wonderful. And dancing is like an accompanied good which goes rather well. Your body would move to the rendition of the song that you're singing and the adrenaline from groovin' would release endorphins that would make you feel happier. Hence, it's beneficial if you dance while singing. No wonder kpop makes people happy:) Feels as if I'm answering a GP question that goes "Should you dance while you sing? And whats the importance of doing both as individual activities?" Alright I think i may have written too much in fact. And shit i just missed the repeated telecast of Glee :( |
